A Shamanic Drumming Circle group based in Bar Hill and Dry Drayton.

Each meeting begins with spontaneous, co-creative drum-jamming for fun, stress-release, energising and self-expression, moving gradually to more disciplined rhythms and the drumming of sacred space for a shamanic journey.

There is no charge for this event but prior booking is essential because places are limited. Please bring a drum and/or rattle.
