About this activity
Chair aerobic sessions are held on a Monday, Tuesday & Thursday between 10am and 11am.
It is suitable for all ages and abilities. It is currently funded jointly by Social Services and the MS Society and is therefore offered free.
Come along to stay mobile, help lose weight and stay fit.
