About this activity
NEW weekly Friday lunchtime class to find out about the teachings of the Buddha and how they can be practically applied in our lives. The class will take a bite-sized teaching and draw out its significance in discussion and exercises. No knowledge of Buddhism is assumed - people of all levels are welcome. The discussion will be geared to the knowledge of the people present. This class is led by Vajrapriya.
