Join our Job Club NOW!
Come and see us at The Learning Centre at Central Library, Cambridge (in the Grand Arcade; the Learning Centre is on the 3rd floor) where we will be running a friendly, hands-on Job Club every Wednesday beginning 11 January 2012. The Club will run from 2pm-5pm but you can join us at any point and stay as long as you like. The club is being run jointly by the Adult Careers Service and Library Learning Services.
Join other people looking for work and advice on jobs every Wednesday afternoon, enjoy a tea or coffee and some biscuits and get some advice from our Next Step advisors and Learning Centre tutors.
Our advisors and tutors can offer information, advice and guidance on work and employment, support for people aiming to gain qualifications in IT, work and employability skills and help in brushing up maths and English skills.
One-to-one support will also be available for practical skills such as CV writing, job searching and finding out information on particular companies.
