Do you like dancing?
If your answer is Yes! then join ZUMBA Gold, a Latin-inspired, low impact dance-fitness class every Saturday (except bank holidays!) from 10.30 to 11.20 am at the Centre at St Paul's.
Please wear comfortable clothes and your sports shoes.
Tickets are available on the door - £3 per class
