About this activity
An exercise class based on the gym equipment at Coneygear park, designed to improve health and wellbeing. The class is run by at least level 2 REPS qualified members of the Sport & Active Lifestyles team.
Classes will not run on bank holidays or in extreme weather conditions.
Please turn up 15 minutes early for your first class to fill out essential paperwork.
