About this activity
Post-natal yoga helps your body to recover from giving birth and is ideal for women from 6 weeks after giving birth and throughout the first year of their child's life. You are welcome to attend (or to keep attending) if your baby is older than one year.
Classes involve stretching and a guided relaxation plus the chance to take time out from a busy week and meet other Mums.
