About this course

We can offer the National Vocational Qualification inĀ Customer ServiceĀ at Levels 2,3,or 4. Aimed at those already in the workplace who need to accredit their experiences - you will work with an assessor to agree level, plan and then collect evidence to develop a portfolio of evidence. One to one sessions planned on an individual basis. You may be eligible for Train to Gain funding. Please enquire.
