About this course

Having completed an introductory course in Psychology you have a solid foundation on which to build further, useful knowledge. Practical Psychology for the workplace will be covered as well as topics such as 'Thinking and Reasoning', 'Emotion', 'Personality', 'Therapeutic Interventions', 'Self and Identity.' and 'Health Psychology.' By the end of this course you should realistically expect to be ready to take on a GCSE as a minimum. LEARNING OUTCOMES: By the end of this course you will be able to outline: Self-identity and how it is developed. One model of personality, Outline either a social or biological aspect of Emotion, Understand the difference between Syllogistic and Probabilistic reasoning, Identify how you can apply Psychology in your work setting.
