Customer Service and Business Admin NVQ Level 2 and 3

About this course

These NVQs are achieved by a candidate gathering appropriate evidence from their day to day work, rather than having to carry out any specific tasks. In cases where candidates need to brush up on their skills or knowledge we will provide appropriate resources or carry out tutorials as required.

When achieved these NVQs will:
show competence
show ability to complete tasks to a high standard
increase job satisfaction and productivity

Costs are detailed as follows:

• Level 2 - £600 or FREE if candidate highest qualification level is below a 2.
• Level 3 - £700
