About this course
Our six week Introduction to Buddhism course offers an overview of Buddhism; the Buddha and his vision and Buddhism and what it stands for. Our Introduction to Buddhism course is designed for those who want to know about Buddhism but who do not necessarily want to become a Buddhist. They offer a glimpse of the insights of the Buddha into the nature of mind, and how those insights have informed a rich and diverse body of teachings.
