About this organisation

Cambridge Housing Society manages over 2500 affordable homes and provides care and support services for more than 520 people across Cambridgeshire. Our affordable housing is spread through towns and villages right across the county and includes a range of rented and shared ownership homes for people who cannot afford to buy on their own.

We also provide care and support for a wide range of vulnerable people including teenagers, young single mothers, people with learning difficulties and frail older people. The third area of our work is the provision of community investment services particularly supporting our residents with advice on managing money and on skills and training.

We also carry out a range of these services for other housing and voluntary organisations and we work closely with a large number of partners to ensure that between us we provide the most effective and appropriate services.

Cultural provision: Translations provided on request

Special diets: A variety of provisions are made, depending on the home/project

Other specialist provision: Specialist equipment in our care homes and nurseries
