Cambridge CAMTAD (Campaign for Tackling Acquired Deafness) . Hearing Help Sessions staffed by Volunteers provide free batteries and hearing aid care and maintenance for NHS hearing aid users. Regular visits to residential homes and sheltered housing and visits to housebound people. Environmental equipment available to try-before-you-buy, including amplified telephones.  Deaf Awareness training for those who deal with the public generally or with older people. Information on Lip Reading classes from the Audiology Clinic at Addenbrookes Hospital Tel 01223 217797.   Details of all our Hearing Help Sessions and other services available from our office on 01223 416141, Mon-Fri 9.00am-12.30pm.
