About this organisation

As a home support service provider trading since 2006, our organisation, Crescent Trust has working in partnership with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) since 2008. Over the years, we have built up a wide range of experience in the sector and specialise in supporting people who due to any reason of infirmity, require support within their own home to achieve daily living expectations. Our services are available to both adults and young adults.

Our office is located in Newmarket, Suffolk and our services are flexibly structured such that we are able to meet service users' needs within the home environment or perhaps in institutions such as residential care homes, learning disability organisations, hospitals etc.

One of our achievements over the years is managing our own care units also based in East Anglia. At these units, service users are able to maintain their independence while also enjoying a 24hour on-site support from highly trained staff.

All our services are available 24hours every day and throughout the year. We also provide live-in services where required. All our staff are fully trained, referenced and undergo DBS criminal record check.

Our prices are competitive compared to other organisations. These prices are focused on quality of service and sensitivity in achieving a positive outcome through service provision. In achieving this level of quality, we ensure that all our service provision processes are coordinated and managed by people who have been involved in frontline discharge of care themselves and still get involved in delivering these services where required.

Cultural provision: Please contact us on 01638 428183 to specify your requirements.

Special diets: Please contact us on 01638 428183 to specify your requirements.

Other specialist provision: We have trained and competent staff who are sympathetic and willing to support. We also update staff' training as required.
