About this organisation
Forever Active sessions are suitable for the over 50 age group as well as for people returning to a more active lifestyle. There are a variety of different sessions on offer at various locations within Cambridge City, which cater for a wide range of abilities.
Other specialist provision: Exercise instructors are all qualified up to a minimum of Level 2 on the Register of Exercise Professionals, and in addition, have specialist training in teaching safe and effective exercises to the over 50s.
