About this organisation
Friendly class for relaxation and gentle stretching. Hatha yoga postures for any age. Beginners are welcome - first session is free. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring mat to work on. Fees: £20 to pay in advance every 5 weeks. Tues 7.30pm-9.00pm.
