Mobilise

About this organisation

Formed in 2005 by a merger between the Disabled Drivers Association and the Disabled Drivers Motorists Club, Mobilise is a self help organisation run for disabled people by disabled people. It encourages greater independence through enhanced mobility. Provides information and advice on matters such as driving licences, insurance availability, driving assessment, vehicle and adaptation choices.
Full (voting) membership is only given to disabled people. £14 per annum, £18 Joint per annum. Associate membership is also available for friends, family members, carers or anyone interested in furthering the interests of the charity.
