We offer care in a Residential setting within our 2 care homes based in Yaxley (33 bed with Daycentre) and Sawtry (16 bed). In addition we provide a Domiciliary Care service in Farcet, Yaxley, Sawtry, St Neots & surrounding areas, providing care and assistance to people within their own homes. All placements are tailored to meet the individual persons needs.

Other specialist provision: we pride ourselves on diversifying the care provided to meet the individual persons needs. Our indepth staff training programme ensures that staff are able to meet those needs, and that care provided is of a high quality.

Venue Notes Oak House Homecare Ltd head office is situated within the Olivemede Residential Care home building.
Olivemede has a Daycentre attached that is in use weekdays to offer the local community social interaction in a safe & stimulating environment.
The Daycentre is available for hire from 6pm - 9pm Monday to Friday, and weekends 9am - 9pm. On site car parking area.
Due to the venue proximity, the effect any booking may have on our residents is considered prior to accepting any booking (i.e noise levels)
