About this organisation
pinpoint is an independent, parent-led organisation providing information, support and participation opportunities to parents and carers of children and young people.
The pinpoint Hunts network is for parents (mums and dads) and carers of disabled children and young people. The network meets once a term in Huntingdon and provides an opportunity for mum, dads and carers to get together, share information, raise issues and meet with representatives from services and organisations to discuss issues. The meetings are free, and lunch is provided.
The network runs an on-line forum to keep in touch in between meetings, andĀ for those who are unable to make the meetings.
There are also networks in Cambridge City, East Cambs (Ely), Fenland (Wisbech) and South Cambs and parents and carers are welcome to attend any of the network meetings.
Cultural provision: We can provide translators on request, subject to their availability, and can provide faith-based diet options on request.
Special diets: We can cater for special diets on request.
Other specialist provision: We always do our best to ensure the venues we use are accessible, and to provide information in alternative formats on request.
