Core process is a gentle, yet transformative psychotherapy service that is designed to relieve the dis-ease of modern life. If you feel depressed, anxious, fearful, then psychotherapy can help unblock patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to it. Bronwen Rees is founder of the east West Sanctuary in Hungary, and can also offer spiritual counsel and guidance.

It is a contemplative form of psychotherapy that can address stress, anxiety, depression, or spiritual emergency. Dr Bronwen Rees is a fully-accredited United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists member and an experienced meditation and group work retreat leader. The first session is exploratory and free of charge.


From time to time she runs short courses in meditation and in group communication work.
