About this organisation
Friendly running club for all ages and abilities of runner. We organise and participate in many forms of running, combining social and athletic aspects. Senior and Junior sections. Mon, Tues, Thur 6.30pm. Weds in winter 7.00pm-8.00pm at Longsands School Gym. Sun 8.00am & 9.30am.
