About this organisation

St Neots museum is a lively local museum that tells the story of a busy market town on the River Great Ouse, from prehistoric times to the present day.

The museum is situated in the centre of the town and housed in St Neots Victorian Police Station and Magistrates Court, with a fascinating Edwardian (1907) cell block.

We have a regular programme of temporary exhibitions. A community room is used for family activities and events.

Other specialist provision: Toilet for wheelchair users, stairlift access to upper floor.
