About this organisation
Cambridgeshire County Council’s Trading Standards Service works to tackle the most harmful trading practices in the County – from rogue traders, to the sale of alcohol/tobacco to underage children, from unsafe goods to fakes that rip off the trade names of legitimate business.
We welcome information from the public about any such trading practices. You can report these online or by telephone through our partner organisation, the Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
Consumer advice for Cambridgeshire residents is also provided by the Citizens Advice Consumer Service. This service advises residents on problems they have had with things they have bought or services they have paid for, whether it be shoddy or unsafe workmanship, or the purchase of faulty, unsafe or mis-described goods.
You can seek advice or report concerns online or by telephone via the number found in the panel on the right of this page.
