About this organisation

Yoga allows children to work at a pace that suits them and it doesn't matter how flexible or inflexible they are. Yoga is ideal for children who are not interested in mainstream sports, have weight issues, or who are body conscious. In my experience yoga has helped many children to build self confidence and self esteem.

YogaBugs is a dynamic and inspired way of bringing the benefits of Yoga to children aged 3- 7. Classes are designed to stimulate a child’s imagination using a wonderful mix of creative games, exciting adventure stories, breathing exercises and relaxation time. Traditional Yoga postures and movement are combined to integrate balance, develop co-ordination and build confidence.

I teach YogaBugs classes in many schools, nurseries, community centres and health clubs throughout Cambridgeshire. My classes are approved by the Schools Sports Partnership.
