About this organisation
Original, interactive and fun classes which are designed to inspire and encourage children to develop a sense of well-being. They aim to boost strength as well as invigorate young growing bodies through safe, fun partner work and games. They bring all the elements of a traditional Yoga class which include warm up exercises, posture work, breathing, relaxation and visualisation.
With regular Yoga'Up exercise some of the overall benefits to the children are improved agility in sport, better memory retention and greater body strength.
